Terms and Conditions

  1. Submit tour requests at least 1 week in advance.  
  2. Guided tours are conducted on weekdays between 9 am - 5 pm. 
  3. Visitors should be at upper secondary level or above.
  4. No tours will be arranged during the revision and examination periods to minimise disturbances to our users. 
  5. Standard tours are 20 minutes. Variations to the duration can be considered on a case-by-case basis. 
  6. Groups over 25 people will be split into smaller sub-groups with multiple guides to minimise disturbances. 
  7. Upper secondary school tours are limited to summer and winter semester breaks to minimise disturbance to users. An adult representative must accompany students throughout the visit.
  8. The Library’s primary mission is to support current PolyU students and staff. We accommodate guided tour requests for academic and research purposes. Other tour requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline any tour requests as needed.
